When a customer makes a purchase but has not completed the payment, the outstanding amount needs to be monitored until it is fully settled. DealPOS provides the Accounts Receivable list to help you review unpaid customer invoices and track outstanding balances.
This article explains how to view the Accounts Receivable list in the Debt menu, including how to review unpaid customer invoices and join invoices.
Step 1. Create customer invoice with unpaid payment

Step 2. Go to Debt, select Account Receivable tab

Step 3. Click on the amount to see list of customer invoice with unpaid or partial payment from that customer
Step 4. Create join invoice with unpaid payment

Step 5. Select Join Invoice section to see list of account receivable from join invoices
Step 6. Click on the amount to see list of Join Invoice with unpaid or partial payment from that customer
Table Properties
Column Name | Description |
Customer | Customer name with outstanding debt. |
Count | Number of unpaid or partially paid invoices. |
Amount | Total invoice amount. |
Paid | Total amount already paid. |
Remaining | Outstanding debt amount. |
Limit | Customer's credit limit. |
