Disable Loyalty Point Earning to Products

This article explains how to enable or disable loyalty points for each product or variant.

If you want to set only certain products that can get loyalty points when they are sold in the Sell menu, you can configure to enable or disable the loyalty points for each product or variant. You can do it by following the steps below.


I. How to Configure

Step 1. Go to Product, then Select Any Variant

Select the variant you want to disable earning points when sold.

Step 2. Edit Variant

Step 3. Configure Loyalty Point on Variant Detail

Select "Yes" to enable loyalty point or "No" to disable it, then click Submit.

II. How the Configuration Works

Step 1. Go to Sell, then Make a Transaction

Make a transaction in the Sell menu, input the customer name and do the transaction using the product that you had set the loyalty point as disabled.

Step 2. Recheck Customer Loyalty Point

Go to contact, click on the customer name, and see if the customer point is not increased.
