This article will help the customer that uses our loyalty feature and want the point can be joined with cash payment so the customer can use the combination of loyalty point and cash for the payment.
This will be useful for some customers that have a loyalty point after their transaction before, and they can get a discount for the next order.
If you didn't enable the setting and you want to pay using partial point payment the fail notification will be shown like this.

I. Activated Configuration in Setup Page
Step 1. Go to Setup - More Menu - Application
Step 2. Go to Loyalty Tab - Enable Mix Cash & Points - Click Save
II. Use Partial Point As Discount Amount
Step 1. Make Transaction with Partial Point Payment
Insert the customer name and then insert how many points he/she wants to use and then the discount will show just click pay like usual, and now it can be processed.
