Loyalty Point is a promotion in the form of reward points given to customers who buy a product that you sell these points can later be exchanged for the reward products that you have prepared. The purpose of using this loyalty point system is to attract new and old customers to continue to buy your product to get or collect points. In the following article, I will explain how to set, activate, and use loyalty points.

I. Activate Feature in Setup Page

Step 1. Go to Setup, Click on More Menu, then Click Application

Step 2. Select Loyalty then Set Loyalty Configuration

Type	Description
Enable	Enable or disable Loyalty Point for Global Outlet.
Earn Point Amount	Set the amount of transaction to get one point.
Exclusive Full Price Product	The point can only be used for normal price.
Enable Decimal Point	Allow decimal points for the transaction.
Maximum Earned Point / Transaction	Set the maximum earned point per transaction on a customer.
Redeem Point Value	Point to be used to get discount for one unit amount.
OTP Verification Redeem Point	Enable or disable OTP verification before redeeming Loyalty Point.
Expiration Months	Set the expiration time (month) of the loyalty point.
Expiration Type	Type expiration of point.
Notify to Email Group	Notify groups user about Loyalty Point expiration.
Preferred Payment	Automatically use point for payment.
Enable Mix Cash and Point	Enable to use of Cash and Points for payment.
Label Name	Labeling Loyalty Name.

II. Enable Loyalty Point at Outlet

After you've done the configuration, all you have to do is activate the loyalty point system at the outlet you want. The steps are as follows:

Step 1. Go to Outlet Menu Click Any Outlet

Step 2. Click Edit, choose Loyalty then Enable Loyalty Point, then Click Save

III. Earn Point

Step 1. Go to Sell, Input the Customer & Product, then Click Pay

Step 2. Total Loyalty Points Earned

Notes:

1. If you want to set certain products to not earn loyalty points, you can set them to "No" in the Loyalty Point Product setting, or you can check this article Disable Loyalty Point Earning to Products.

2. And if you want only products sold at full price (without discounts) to earn points, you can activated this feature.

IV. Redeem Point

Step 1. Create a Transaction

Input the customer with the loyalty point, and click the Point of the customer.

Step 2. Set Point to Redeem

Enter the number of points you want to use, then press Ok.

There will be a discount according to the number of points used.

Information on the use of points and gained points will be printed on the print-out invoice.
