The minimum inventory configuration can be used when you want to have different stock settings in each store in the marketplace or when you don't want to sell a few leftover goods at Shopee / Tokopedia.

When there are rejected goods, for example when you have many shops, sometimes the stock has rejected goods, so you can adjust how much of the reject stock is usually in 1 SKU so that when it reaches the minimum limit, the goods cannot be sold in the marketplace anymore because it includes rejected goods.

Before setting up, you should log in to the Omni App first. Check this link DealPOS Omni.

Step 1. Go to Channel, then Select Any Channel

Select the channel that will be set.

Step 2. Click Edit

Step 3. Go to Advance, Set Minimum Inventory, then Click Submit

Click advance, and then fill in the minimum inventory and click submit.

Notes :

For example, I set the minimum inventory for Shopee 5. So, when product stock is below 5 it will display 0 on that channel.

Step 4. Compare POS & Omni App Inventory

When product stock (on DealPOS) is above 5 (the minimum inventory), the qty in the Omni App will display the same stock.

However, if the product stock (on DealPOS) is below 5, then the qty in the Omni App, as well as in the seller center will display 0 stock.
