When creating a sales transaction, you can choose whether the payment is paid immediately or unpaid (Payment Later). By default, the payment setting is always set to Payment Now. You can change the payment method to Later by following this guide: Make Sales Transaction with Payment Later
However, if your business always creates sales transactions with payments that are not paid in full upfront, you can configure the system so that every new sales transaction is automatically set to Payment Later by default. To configure this setting, you can follow the guide below.
Step 1. Go to Settings then Search for Default Option in the Sell Module
Step 2. Change the Default Option then click Save
Step 3. Create a Sales Transaction to see the Result
Every time you create a sales transaction, your payment method will be automatically set to Later/Unpaid.
Note:
You can still change the payment method as Now.
