Contact information usually contains details such as full name, address, phone number, etc. If you need additional information for your customer data. You can create default templates for your description of the customer information.
To Set default contact description whenever new contact data is created, you can folllow the steps below
Step 1. Go to Setup, Click More Menu, then Choose Module
Step 2. Go to Contact, Input Default Description, then Click Save
Step 3. Try to Make New Customers
Then whenever you added a new customer the default description should automatically fill with the default values that you set.
