Show your UOM Unit Total Quantity to make you easier counting stocks or prevent miscalculated

When you want to check your Multiple UOM Stocks, you can show your Unit Total Quantity for the Parent so you don't have to count the Child one by one. The System will show all the Childs Total from the Parent.

Example :

Cigars have 2 variants (Pack and Pcs).

1 Pack contains 16 Pcs.

The UOM column will show 1 Pack Cigars = 16 (Containing 16 Pcs) as the Total Cigars. So if you have 2 Pack Cigars = 32 Total Pcs. (2 Pack x 16 Pcs)

Here are the steps to show Unit Total Quantity in the UOM Column :

Step 1. Multi-UOM Merging And Splitting The Products on Inventory Stock

First, you can create in the Multiple UOM Product Type

Step 2. Setting Variant Info

Go to Product Menu and Click the UOM Parent Variant.

Choose Parent Variant

Step 3. Click Edit Product Variant

Edit Variant

Step 4. Go to Advanced Tab, then Submit Product Ratio

Content Column filled with a ratio toward this product Sampoerna Mild (Pack) to Pcs

Edit Advance Content

Step 5. Go to Inventory and View the Result

Recheck Inventory Multiple UoM
