View the product inventory log or the inbound and outbound history for the single product inventory

The Inventory Log can help you track inventory movements based on all activities recorded as IN and OUT. It can also be used to determine where and when transactions occurred, identify the creators of transactions, and investigate anomalies such as deleted or edited invoices, including the specific Product or Variant you intended to view.

Notes :

This inventory log/stock card feature only shows the inventory movements for a single product.

The following article will guide you through the steps for accessing the Inventory Log for your product.

Step 1. Go to Product, then Choose Any Variant

We tried to simulate all activities, such as Sell, Buy, Adjustment, Delivery, and Manufacture. So we could see the Log Type differences from each activity.

Inventory Log Process

Description

Inbound Logistic

Log Type records inventory movement from the Buy Menu. It happens when we Buy or Return to create a Supplier Bill.

Canceled Inbound Logistic

Log Type records inventory movement from Void or Delete a Supplier Bill.

Outbound Logistic

Log Type records inventory movement from the Sell Menu. It happens when we Sell or Return to create a Customer Invoice.

Canceled Outbound Logistic

Log Type records inventory movement from Void or Delete a Customer Invoice.

Adjustment

Log Type records inventory movement from Adjustment Menu. It happens when we Adjust stocks either IN or OUT.

Canceled Adjustment

Outgoing Transfer Order

Log Type records inventory movement from Delivery Menu. It happens when we Send stocks to a different Outlet or Warehouse.

Incoming Transfer Order

Log Type records inventory movement from Delivery Menu. It happens when we Receive stocks from a different Outlet or Warehouse.

Canceled Transfer Order

Log Type records inventory movement from Delete a Delivery Number.

Production

Log Type records inventory movement from Manufacture Menu. It happens when we Execute a Planned Job Order.
