The steps follow the article below:
Step 1. Go to Promotion (Coupon), then Click Import
Step 2. Click Download Sample File
Download sample file to get an example of the required data format.

Step 3. Open Sample File, Input Code to File, then Save File
Open sample file that has been downloaded, edit file and save file.
Step 4. Save File with CSV Format
Save the CSV file that you have created in CSV (Comma Delimited) format.
Step 5. Choose File to Upload
Select the file that has been saved then click Ok to upload the file.
Step 6. Promotion Coupon was Successfully Uploaded
