Some users may have restricted access to specific reports or may not have permission to view reports at all. The system administrator or owner typically controls the access levels and can restrict report viewing based on user roles.
With this feature, you could set data caps for users to access depending on the number of days each user group chooses. For example, if you set a restriction for the cashier, they will only be able to see payment and order data from 2 days ago. To set the data days range for users, you can follow the steps below:
Step 1. Go to Users, click Groups, and Select Group User
Notes :
For this tutorial, we will arrange it for the Admin user group.
Step 2. Click Other Tab, Set Data Days Range, and click Save
Set the date range you want:

This setting will only affect in payments menu and orders menu.
Step 3. Go to the Orders/Payment menu to see the Changes
You can look at the range date, the filters can only be set for 2 days ago:
