If you have multiple outlets in the DealPOS system, you must make an authorization setting to regulate which staff/employees can access the outlet, so we are able to avoid some mistakes in selling at unnecessary outlets.
For example, if you have 2 outlets. Of course, you do not want to cashier outlet A can make transactions at outlet B or vice versa.
The steps to arrange authorization are as follows :

I. Set User Outlet Permission From User Menu
Step 1. Go to Users (Groups), then Select Any Group
Step 2. Go to Outlet Tab, Set Outlet Access, then Click Submit
II. Set User Outlet Permission From Outlet Menu
Step 1. Go to Outlet, Select Any Outlet, then Edit Outlet
Step 2. Go to User Access Tab, Set Outlet Access, then Click Save
Access Level Introduction :
Permission | Description |
No Access | The user does not have any access to the Outlet. |
Peek | Users can check Inventory at the outlet |
Read | Users can check inventory + Orders at the outlet |
Write | Users can create new Orders at the Outlet |

Users can check the Inventory at the outlet.
III. Read
Users can check Inventory & Orders at the outlet.
IV. Write
Users can create new Orders at the Outlet.
