When printing an invoice using LX-300 Printer, you can customize what column you want to show. For example, you can include the Signature column on the printed invoice. You can follow the steps below to configure the A4 paper Invoice printing using Epson LX-310:
I. Create Receipt Templates
Step 1. Go to Outlets, Click Tab Receipt Templates, then Click Add
Step 2. Choose A4 on Print Type
II. Set Signature Visible and Number of Signature
Setup Signature use to display signature at bottom of invoice that works for the signature of the associated division. You can also specify how many signatures you need.
Step 1. Go to Setup, Click More Menu, Choose Printing
Step 2. Go to General Set Signature Visible to "Yes"
III. Customer invoice Footer Signature
Step 1. Go to Setup, Click More Menu, Choose Printing
Step 2. Input Signature Field on Customer Invoice
In the signature, you can input the signature fields with many fields that you want to include in the signature.
Notes:
Please fill in the fields with your needs, if the signature form that you want to display is only 2, for other fields you can just leave it blank.
IV. Logistic Order Footer Signature
Step 1. Go to Setup, Click More Menu, Choose Printing
Step 2. Input Signature Field on Logistics
In the signature, you can fill in the signature fields with many fields that you want to include in the signature.

Please fill in the fields with your needs, if the signature form that you want to display is only 2, for other fields you can just leave it blank.
V. Setup Dock Bottom
Sometimes you want to create a signature location at the bottom of the invoice. Here's how to set it.
Step 1. Go to Setup, Click More Menu, Choose Printing
Step 2. Go to Customer Invoice, then Choose A4 Paper Size Configuration, set Dock Bottom to "Yes"
VI. Document Visibility
Step 1. Go to Setup, Click More Menu, Choose Printing
Step 2. Go to Document Visibility on Customer Invoice
Here you can set up what to be showed to the customer invoice.
