In printing invoices on the DealPOS mobile apps, there are 2 options that we provide for networks that we already support for printing, including Bluetooth and IP Network. In this article, we will tell you how to set up Network Printer on DealPOS Mobile Apps.
Step 1. Add New Printer Network
On Mobile Apps Go to Settings Menu, choose Printing Configuration and Add Printer
On the type, tab choose "Network".
Step 2. Input the Printer IP Address
How to Get Your IP Printer Address:
Turn off your printer. Press and hold the Feed button, then turn the printer back on. This will print a page showing the printer's IP address.
If the IP address is in the same network as the router, enter the printer's IP address into the mobile app and save the settings.
