Printing multiple copies of invoices can be essential for various reasons, from customer service to internal record-keeping. In this article, we will guide you on how to print multiple copies of invoices in our mobile application.
Before we start configuring the multiple copies of Invoices, please ensure that you have already successfully set up your printer and connected with the mobile device. Please refer to this article for detailed instructions on connecting your printer: Bluetooth Printer / Network Printer
Step 1 . Click and Open the Settings Menu, Select and Click the Printer Configuration.
Step 2. Select and Click the Printer
Notes:
You'll see your connected printers listed here. For instance, a Bluetooth printer is already connected above.
Step 3. Input the Number of Copies.
Scroll down to find the 'Number of Copies' section. Input the required number and click 'OK'.
Notes:
Once the number of copies is set to 3, each completed sales transaction will automatically print three copies of the invoice.
