Sales type works when you separate your sales into several types. For example, for retail, you want to differentiate between offline and online store sales (Shopee, Tokopeda, Lazada etc.) or example in F&B, you want to differentiate between Dine-In and Take Away purchases. In following article, we will explain the steps for creating a sales type and using it on the sell menu :

I. Adding Sales Type

Step 1. Go to setup menu then click more menu then click sales order

Step 2. Click add button

Step 3. Input sales type form then click save button

Step 4. Sales Order Type Added Successfully

II. How To Use Sales Type In Sell Menu

Step 1. Go to sell menu then input the transaction then click note button

Step 2. Select notes type then click ok

Step 3. Complete the payment process until it becomes an order

Step 4. Report detail by sales order type

** Note: In the reports menu you can view reports based on the sales orders type that are inputted in the note when making a sale
