Manually Update Product Price In Omnichannel

Does your business operate across multiple marketplaces like Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada? If so, manually updating price lists on each platform individually is both inefficient and time-consuming.

I. Update Price Based on POS for Specific Channel

Synchronize prices if your online and offline store share the same pricelist

Step 1. Navigate to Price Menu

Step 2. Filter the Product

Turn on the toggle filter button to easily view product with different prices in POS and marketplace

Tick the small square and click Update button

Step 3. Search Specific Product

If you want to update price for specific product only. You can also use the filter comparator for easier search.

For example below we want to search a product's name that ends with Yamal. You can change the comparator to Ends With, then enter the name.


II. Update Price Based on POS for Multiple Channel

Step 1. Navigate to Price Menu

Select Multi Channel Comparison


Step 2. Filter the Product

Tick the small square and click Update button


III. Update Price Based on Pricebook

If your online store has different pricing from your offline store, you can easily create a separate price list to differentiate prices and update all your marketplace channels at once.

Step 1. Create Pricebook Promotion

Step 2. Configure Pricebook

Once you are done. Now we can configure the pricebook.

Click the Edit button in the top right corner. Select the Pricebook and click Submit.

Step 3. Update the Price

Note:

If you want to update the price for multiple channel. Ensure you have already configure the pricebook first then you can use Multi Channel Comparison
