Once you have authorized your marketplace with our Omnichannel application, you can synchronize your products. There are three options for product synchronization, depending on the data:

  • Product data exists in the marketplace but is missing in the POS – use the download option.

  • Product data exists in the POS but is missing in the marketplace – use the upload option.

  • Product data exists on both platforms (marketplace and POS) – use the scan channel option.

Note regarding the last type of product synchronization: ensure that the product on both platforms uses the same SKU.

Please refer to the instructions below about the Products menu to help you better understand product synchronization in the Omnichannel application.

I. Sold In Channel

In "Sold in Channel," you can view all products that have been synced between the marketplace and the POS. These are indicated by the marketplace logo that appears in the bottom right corner.
