Omni Channel Integration is one of the features that DealPOS provide, when there is a sales transaction on the marketplace, it can be recorded into the POS and automatically generate sales reports, and can also record stock reductions from sales transaction in the marketplace.
Before adding marketplace channels, you need to authorize and make sure that the user you use to login into the marketplace app already has role access to the DealPOS Omni. To authorize Tokopedia Seller Account for the channel in the Omni app, you can follow the steps below :
I. Asking Shop ID to DealPOS
Step 1. Go to Omni App & Log In
By clicking this link DealPOS Omni then fill in your link,
and Login ID.
Step 2. Go to Channel, then Click Add
Step 3. Click Contact Our Customer Support on the Tokopedia Channel
Step 4. Input Store URL & Email
II. Tokopedia Authorization
After you send the Tokopedia link, DealPOS Team will send the invitation to the email registered at Tokopedia.
Step 1. Check Incoming Emails from Tokopedia
Select Accept to Confirm.
After you click accept, you have agreed and given access to DealPOS to manage your store.
Step 2. Direct to Tokopedia Open Platform Page
On this page, you don't need to fill in anything, because the integration process is complete.
If you have approved the invitation, please inform DealPOS so we can give your Tokopedia Shop id
You must confirm that the DealPOS application is active on your Tokopedia account after confirming the approval. You can check directly from Tokopedia Seller.
If your Power Merchant status is removed (generally due to not actively selling, slow chat response, etc.), you must re-authorize it.
III. Add Channel
Step 1. Click Submit Shop ID on the Tokopedia Platform
If before step has done, you could go back and submit your SHOP ID.
Step 2. Input Tokopedia Shop ID, then Click Save
Step 3. Your Channel was Added
A channel is added but you need to configure the channel.
Step 4. Configure Tokopedia Channel, then Click Submit

Synchronize Unpaid Order
Permission to allow Unpaid Orders synchronization from Marketplace to DealPOS
Enable Write Off
Record marketplace service fee in POS as write off
Write Off Reason
Reason for write off
Inventory Log Mode
To bring up inventory movement records in the Log menu
Not record inventory movement
Only record failed inventory movements
Display all successful and failed logs
Outlet Register Name
Customer Default Email
Default email customers if you don't want to record customer data to DealPOS from the marketplace. Note: You must create a contact name with the same email on DealPOS
Minimal Inventory on Channel, if product inventory is below minimum inventory will automatically update to 0
