OmniChannel integration is one of the features provided by DealPOS. When a sales transaction occurs in the marketplace, the transaction can be recorded into the POS and automatically generate a sales report. In addition, the system can also record stock reductions if a sales transaction occurs in the marketplace. Below are the steps on how to connect your Tokopedia channel with DealPOS Omnichannel.
I. Submit Tokopedia Shop ID
Step 1. Open and Log In to Omnichannel
Enter the username and password and then click the 'Log In' button.
Step 2. Open the Channel menu and click the Add button
Click on the contact our customer support
Enter your Tokopedia seller center URL and email, then click OK.
Step 3. Open your email
Open your email inbox to verify the Shop ID, as well as the confirmation of shop management approval.
Step 4. Grant management access and submit Shop ID
Open your Tokopedia Seller center, navigate to the settings -> thirt party settings
Click the Aprroval Waiting tab, and click the Terima button.
Check all the access boxes
Step 5. Open Omnichannel
Navigate to the channel menu, and click the Add button.
Select and click the Submit Shop ID and then enter the Shop ID and click Save.
II. Tokopedia Channel Configuration
Step 1. Open the Channel menu
Click the channel
Step 2. Click Edit button
Step 3. Fill in each columns
