When you're about to use the DealPOS omni channel integration you might want to synchronize the stocks on your DealPOS outlet and your omni channel. To synchronize the inventory you must activate the webhook apps in the DealPOS setup menu.
Activating webhook apps will synchronize inventory between DealPOS with Omni Channel so when there's a trigger related to increasing or decreasing inventory on DealPOS will also affect the stock in the omni channel. This article tells how to Activate Omni Channel App to synchronize inventory between DealPOS with Omni Channel automatically as Sell, Buy, Adjustment, and Transfer Order.
Process | Description |
Sell | If there sell on POS it will be automatically reduced stock on the Marketplace |
Buy | If there buy on POS it will be automatically added stock on the Marketplace |
Adjustment | If there adjustment is reduced/added on POS it will be calculated stock on the Marketplace |
Transfer Order | If there is a move inventory cross outlet it will be recorded automatically |
Step 1. Go to Setup, Click More Menu, then Select Apps
Step 2. Activate Omni Channel App, then Click Save
Give a checklist on Omni Channel to give permission then click save.
