When you're about to input the same products into the cart on the Sell menu using Quick Key, you can separate the row from those products from one another instead of increasing the quantity into one product. To activate this configuration, you can follow the steps below.
I. Activate the Configuration
In the first step, you can activate the configuration of the New Row Behavior when inputting the item on the cart by using the quick key on the sell menu.
Step 1. Go to Settings and search "Quick Key"
There are three configurations for the New Row Behavior: Never, On Retrieve, and Always.
Step 2. Select one of the new row behaviour configuration
II. Configuration Methods
1. Never
Choose the Sell Tab, go to the Quick Key form, pick Never, and click Save.
When you choose Never on the New Row Behavior configuration, the product quantity added to the Selling cart will be increased based on how much you click on the products on the quick key
2. On Retrieve
Choose the Sell Tab, go to the Quick Key form, pick On Retrieve, and click Save.

3. Always
Choose the Sell Tab, go to the Quick Key form, pick Always, and click Save.
When you select Always on the New Row Behavior configuration, the products added to the Selling cart will be differentiated as 1 quantity for each how much you click the products on the quick key.
III. New Row Behavior - On Retrieve
Step 1. Go to Sell, Add Item to Cart, then Click Park
Step 2. Click More Action then Open Retrieve to View Parked Order
Products in the Park will be reappeared in the cart.
Step 3. Recheck the Change
When you input the same product, the product will be moved to the new line/row (not increasing the previous product's quantity).
