Splitting product commission for the same product for each sales

Sales Person is a DealPOS feature that allows you to fill in cashier information, SPG, or other seller information when making a sales transaction. They are also known as sales representatives or salesmen and their main function is to persuade customers to purchase what they are offering. Learn more about Adding New Sales Person.

Usually, a salesperson is used to indicate the products being sold are assisted by the salesperson so that when the commission is distributed, it can be directly filtered based on the name of the salesperson.

This article explains how to assign sales commissions by item.

I. Set Quick Key for New Row Behaviour

If you input a product with more than 1 qty in the sell (for example 3), then the system will display 1 line of products with 3 qty.

If you want to split the commission for 3 products to 3 different salespersons, then you have to change the behavior on the quick key first. Check out the steps below to change the behavior of the quick key.

Step 1. Go to Setup, then Click More Menu

Step 3. Go to Sell Tab, Set Quick Key as Always, then Click Save

II. Make Sales Transaction from Quick Key

Before you make a sales transaction from the quick key (add a product to the cart with the quick key), make sure that your quick key is filled with your products. Learn more about Setting Quick Key Template.

Step 1. Go to Sell, Add Item by Clicking on Quick Key

Even though the user inputs the same product with several qty, the shopping cart will be displayed with a new line (different line).

Step 2. Click Any Item

Step 3. Assign Sales Person for Commissioning

Step 4. Assign Sales Person to All Items, then Click Pay

Step 5. Check Invoice Result

The sales assigned to each item will appear in the order details and you can display it when printing the invoice.
