For detailed steps you can see these steps down below:
I. Change product type from Simple Product to Variant Product
Step 1. Go to your WooCommerce wp-admin page, then click the Products menu

Step 1. Click on the Attributes menu
On the products menu you can click the Attributes menu:

By first creating the template, you can add new attributes, such as Variant Size, as shown below:

You can configure terms for the new attribute after you've added it, for example, to add a Variant variable (Small, Medium, Large, X-Large).

You can input the variant attribute, for example below is only 1 variant (Small), you need to do the same thing to add more than 1 variant.
If you have successfully added the variant, you can check it as shown below:

III. Add Variations on Product
Step 1. Go to the Attributes menu on the Product Details page.
You can return to the product details that you want to add a Variant to, then go to the Attributes menu and assign it to the Attributes you created in the previous step.

You can pick previously created attributes on the attribute menu. For example, the Size attribute will be used for product variants.

Step 2. Go to the Variants menu and set up the Variant Product.
You can add a variant in one of two ways, by using Add variation 1 by 1 or Create variations from all attributes. For example, we will use the Create variations from all attributes.
