Make sure the product you want to stock is integrated between POS and WooCommerce. Whenever you want to control the inventory of products between the POS and WooCommerce. You have two options if you haven't integrated the product yet:

  • In POS (upload products from DealPOS to WooCommerce) or

  • Not in POS (Download products from WooCommerce to DealPOS)

If the product is already integrated, there are two ways to synchronize inventory.

I. Automatic Synchronize

If there are transactions in the POS such as Sell, Buy, Logistics, and Transfer Orders, the stock in WooCommerce will also move automatically. For example, I have a synchronized product White n Orange Shoes, the stock, for now, is still empty / 0.

II. Manual Synchronize

Manual sync is useful if there are stock differences between POS and WooCommerce. This manual sync will update WooCommerce stock to match the stock in the POS (Reference updates based on the stock in the POS). For example, there is a stock difference between POS and WooCommerce for White n Orange Shoes, POS 5pcs, and WooCommerce 10pcs.
