The manufactured feature will be very useful for you if you buy raw materials & manage them into finished products. For example, a bakery/cake shop, furniture store (own production), etc. We can also calculate service expenses in the process of managing raw materials in the manufacturing menu.
Manufacture is a feature of producing finished goods from raw materials using tools, equipment, production machines, and so on on a large production scale. DealPOS has provided a feature to run the manufacturing production.
This article will explain how to add manual manufacturing material to the manufacturing process.
I. Setting Manufacture Material Mode
Step 1. Go to Setup, Open More Menu, then Choose AddOns
Step 2. Go to Tab Manufacture, Choose Material Mode, then Click Save
Step 3. The Config was Updated Successfully
II. Add Manufacture Job Order
Step 1. Go to Manufacture, then Click New
Step 2. Choose Outlet, then Click Ok
Notes:
An outlet form will appear if the user has more than one outlet.
Step 3. Add Manufacture Product in Output
Notes:
If the user uses the "Generate Output" material mode, the user must fill in the material manually and the system will not automatically generate material from the component of the product manufacturer which wants to produce.
Step 4. Try to Input Material First
Step 5. Add Output Product, Click Submit, then Click Ok
Step 6. The Job Order was Completed
Notes:
Try to execute the plan if you use manufacture workflow with planning to change product stock (increase manufacture product stock and reduce manufacture material product).
