Inventory is the raw materials used to produce goods as well as the goods that are available for sale.
On the inventory page, there are some inventory reports that we provide to you to manage your reports and data analysts. This article will tell users how to view the history of incoming and outgoing stock based on outlets. Read the following steps for detailed information.
Step 1. Go to Inventory, then Click More Menu
Step 2. Choose Outlet on Inventory Traffic
Step 3. Outlet Inventory Traffice (Detail) was Opened
This interface shows user outlet inventory traffic based on the chosen date. The Default date will give information from the beginning of each month to the current date.
Table Properties (Outlet Inventory Traffic) :

Sold | Number of Stocks was Sold (from Sell) |
Bought | Number of Stocks Bought (from Buy) |
T. IN | Number of Stocks Transferred from Another Outlet (from Logistics) |
T. OUT | The number of Stocks Transferred to Another Outlet (from Logistics) |
Adjust | Number of Stocks was Adjusted (from Adjustment) |
P | Number of Manufacture Product Stocks Produced from Material (from Manufacture) |
M | Number of Material Product Stocks Used to Produce Manufacture Products (from Manufacture) |
End | Initial Stock at the End of the Selected Timeframe / Date |
Now | Current Stock (Real Time) |
Step 4. Filter Outlet Inventory Traffic as Needed (Optional)
Step 5. Switch Outlet Inventory Traffic to Simple View
Step 6. Simple Outlet Inventory Traffic View was Opened
Users can switch to the detail view again by clicking the "Switch to Detail" button.
