When you want to print an Order Receipt Label from the marketplace (For example Shopee, Tokopedia, etc), you probably process it at the Seller Center. This might not be a problem if you don't have too many marketplace channels. But if you do, it will take you more time because you'll have to print the receipts label for each seller center, which takes a longer process.
That's why we provide this feature, which will be explained here (Read here to see more detail about the updates). Currently, our marketplace app provides the Print Label Receipt feature in case to simplify the process of printing Receipt Label. Now you can see the explanation below:
I. How to Print Receipt Transaction
Step 1. Open our Marketplace App
Step 2. Click Order button and Click Ready to Ship tab
As you can see in the picture attached, you can click the printing logo beside Channel Name to print the

II. Table Flow for Each Marketplace Channel
Channel | Printing Flow |
Shopee | 1. Need action on the Seller Center to "Pick up" Orders. In order to print receipts. 2. Cannot print directly, print receipt process is saved as PDF, then it can be printed. |
Tokopedia | 1. When the order has been accepted, receipts can be printed. 2. From Tokopedia, there is already an option to mark receipt "Printed", and updated to the Tokopedia Seller Center. 3. Can print directly on the Marketplace App (A new tab appears + Pop up for Print). |
Tiktokshop | 1. Need action on the Seller Center to "Pick Up" Orders, After clicking Pick up then you can print a receipt. 2. Can print directly on the App marketplace (A new tab appears + Pop up to print). |
Lazada | For lazada, it has the same step as tiktokshop 1. Need action on the Seller Center to "Pick Up" Orders, After clicking Pick up then you can print a receipt. 2. Can print directly on the App marketplace (A new tab appears + Pop up to print). |
