I. Minimum Requirement
Step 1 . Check Android OS Version
To use the DealPOS mobile app, please ensure that the minimum Android OS version of the device you are using is version 13. If the Android OS version of the device you are using is below version 13, there is a concern that the app experience will be hindered.
Note: Please check the minimum Android version requirement for the DealPOS application on the Google Play Store regularly. This requirement may change over time as newer versions of the application are released.
To check your Android OS version, you can open the Settings menu - About. The settings menu may vary depending on the device you are using.
Step 2. Open The DealPOS Apps
When you try to open the DealPOS App and If you experience a blank white screen on your device just like in the image below, please make sure that Android System WebView is updated to the latest version.
Step 3. Update or Install the Android System Webview Version
After checking the Android OS version and experiencing the blank screens issue on the DealPOS Android Apps, You can try to check the version of the Android System Webview app. To update or Install the Android System Webview app, please click the following link: Android System Webview
