Omni Channel is one of the features that DealPOS has, so that when there is a sale transaction on the Omni Channel, it can be recorded into the POS and automatically generate sales reports, and can also record stock reductions from sales in the marketplace.
Tokopedia is one of the Omni Channels that can be integrated with DealPOS. DealPOS has provided a feature to accept orders from Tokopedia directly through the Omni App, so users do not need to accept orders from the Seller Center. Users also don't need to log into their seller center account to receive these orders. This feature of course will greatly facilitate the user.
Notes :
Users don't need to accept Tokopedia orders from the Tokopedia seller center account.
Read the following steps to use the feature for accepting Tokopedia orders from omni channel app :
Step 1. Go to DealPOS Omni Channel, then Input POS Domain
Step 2. Submit POS Login (Username & Password), then Click Login
Step 3. Go to Order, then Filter Tokopedia Channel
Step 4. Give Checklist to Tokopedia Order, then Click Accept
The system will display the Tokopedia order that was created as a sales order in DealPOS. Tick the order that you want to accept.
Notes :
After accepting orders, try to check the invoice detail from DealPOS and Tokopedia Seller Center. This feature (Accept Orders from Omni Channel) is only provided for the Tokopedia channel.
