Protecting sensitive data is crucial for any business. In this article, we will guide you on how to enable the sensitive data field in the product and contact menus. I. How to Configure Sensitive Data Field in the Product and Contact Menus
Step 1. Click and Open Setup Menu, click More Menu, Select and Click Module.
Step 2. Select and Click Sensitive Field, and then Select Objects.
Click the product drop down button and tick the 'SupplierName'.
Select and click the contact drop down button and tick 'Phone', 'Mobile', 'Email', 'NationalIDNumber'.

Sensitive Fields | Description |
SupplierName | Hide the supplier name of the product |
Phone | Hide the phone number of the customer |
Mobile | Hide the mobile phone number of the customer |

II. Disable the Sensitive Field Permission
Step 1. Click the Users Menu, Click and Select the Group.
Select and click the users account that you want to disable, please ensure the user's group is correct.
Step 2. Click the 'Edit' button in the Right Corner
Navigate to the 'Products' section and deselect the 'SensitiveField' option.
III. Example of Sensitive Data without Permission
This is what users will see, if they don't have permission to view the sensitive data in the products menu and contacts menus.
