DealPOS has a role called "Sensitive Fields". This configuration is intended to restrict your users/employees from accessing sensitive field such as Product commission, Supplier, and Product Storage Location . "Sensitive Fields" configuration is available for the Products and Contacts Menu.
You can read the steps below to configure the Sensitive fields for Products data
I. How to Configure Sensitive Fields for Products
Step 1. Go to Setup, then Click More Menu & Click Configuration Module
Step 2. Go to Tab Product and Put Constraints on Sensitive Field
In this configuration you can choose which features you want to hide or restrict.
Table Properties
Sensitive Fields | Description |
Commission | Access for the Product commissions  |
Storage | Access for the Product storage location  |
Supplier | Akses for the Product Supplier  |
II. Grant Sensitive Fields Products Roles to Group
Step 1. Go to Users then select the Group you want to activate to view Sensitive Fields.
Step 2. Click More Permission on Products then Checklist on the Sensitive Field
Notes:
If you want to restrict the user from viewing Sensitive Fields, you can disable with uncheck this role.
III. Sensitive Roles Example
Here is an example of hidden data where users have been given restrictions. The data will be not displayed.
