DealPOS has a role called "Sensitive Fields". This configuration is intended to restrict your users/employees from accessing sensitive fields such as Birthdate, Customer Code, Email, Mobile, ID Number, and Phone. "Sensitive Fields" configuration is available for the Products and Contacts Menu.
You can read the steps below to configure the Sensitive fields for Customers and Suppliers data
I. Configure Sensitive Fields
Step 1. Go to Setup then click More Menu and click Configuration Module
Step 2. Go to Contact then scroll down and find Sensitive Field
In this configuration setting, you can choose which features you want to hide or restrict.
Step 3. Choose the Fields that You want to hide
Table Properties
Sensitive Fields | Description |
Birthdate | Access for the customers and suppliers date of birth

Code | Access for the customers and suppliers code

Access for the customers and suppliers email

Mobile | Access for the customer and supplier mobile phone  |

II. Grant Sensitive Fields Products Roles to Group
Step 1. Go to Users, then Choose Groups you Want to Restrict
Step 2. Click More Permission on Tab Contacts then Uncheck the Sensitive Field
Note:
If sensitive field is checked, the users in that group will be able to see the sensitive data in the customers and suppliers data
III. Sensitive Fields Roles Example
Here is an example of hidden data where users have been given restrictions. The data will not be displayed.
