Written by Stephen

Sales transactions can originate from different sales sources and types. For example, a customer may purchase directly in-store, place an order via WhatsApp, or buy through an online marketplace.

To help categorize these different types of sales, you can use Sales Order Tags. Sales order tags allow you to classify sales transactions based on their source or sales type.
