Twilio is a third-party application that provides various APIs that can be used. In DealPOS, You can connect your Twilio Account for the API integration. Some of the API integration example is for sending OTPs for customer loyalty point authenticator or for sending receipt invoices by WhatsApp to customers.
Before you connect your Twilio account to your DealPOS account, you have to register for the Twilio account first. To register the Twilio account, you can follow the steps below:
Step 1. Sign Up for Twilio Account
You can visit the following URL twilio.com, or click Sign Up.
Step 2. Fill in the available fields such as name, email, and others.
Step 3. Enter the OTP received in the email
Step 4. Sign Up Success
Once you have successfully created an account, you will be able to see the Twilio dashboard as shown in the image below
Step 5. Upgrade your Twilio Account
Click button Upgrade for upgrade the account Twilio
Step 6. Fill Basic Information
Fill in the required basic information
Step 7. Upload a photo ID
Choose one to upload from the following: (Drivers License / National ID / Passport)
Step 8. Fill home address
Provide your home address
Step 9. Fund your account
Enter the amount of balance for the first time
Step 10. Select payment method
Input the payment method, for this payment method, use a credit card
