Loyalty Point are point earned by customers when they shop, which can be redeemed for discount. Sometimes, there are scenarios where, during specific periods, customers can earn double points, meaning the points they earn will be multiplied by two or even more.

At DealPOS, we provide a point multiplier feature that allows you to multiply points by a certain amount. You can learn more about this feature through the following article.

Go to the Outlet menu, then select the outlet where you want to activate the loyalty multiplier. In this case, we select Outlet 3 - Jakarta.

Here we enter the value 2 where if we enter the transaction then the loyalty points will be doubled to 2.

Here, for example, every transaction with an amount of IDR 100,000 will get 1 point.

Here we make a transaction at Outlet 3 - Jakarta with a product price of IDR 100,000.

After making a transaction, we can see that the customer's points will be doubled to 2, where each Rp. 100,000 transaction only gets 1 point, but here the customer gets 2 points.
