In the contact filter menu, you can refine your customer search in various ways. The filter comparator feature allows you to search for a customer based on the following criteria:
Is (Exact Match)
StartsWith (Begins With)
EndsWith (Ends With)
Contains (Includes)

I. How to Use the Filter Comparator
Step 1. Go to the Orders menu, then click the Filter button
Step 2. Check the Customer Filter Comparator option
Example: Number Invoice Teguh Warsono
Comparator | Keyword | Description | Response |
Is | Teguh Warsono | Search results are based on characters that exactly match the keyword. | Fast |
StartsWith [Default] | Teguh | Search results are based on the first few characters in the keyword. | Fast |
EndsWith | Warsono | Search results are based on the last few characters in the keyword. | Slow |
Contains | Guh | Search results are based on the characters contained in the keywords being searched for. | Slow |
II. How to Set the Default Comparator
Step 1. Go to the Setup menu, select More Menu, then click Module
Step 2. Click the Contact tab, select Customer Filter Comparator, then click Save
