We currently provide 3 types of product specification payment types. There are:

  • Cash

  • Points

  • Cash and Points.

This feature's purpose is to make you able to not only create a payment using cash, but also you can use points for payment or a combination of both points and cash. You can follow the steps below to create a Product using a specified payment type.

I. Set Payment Type for Each Variant

Step 1. Go to Product, Select Any Product Variant

Step 3. Go to Tab Advance, Choose Any Payment Type, then Click Submit

Notes :

You can set the configuration when you create a product by editing the product, and then choose the type of payment according to the payment type (cash, points, and both cash and points)


II. Make a Product Transaction with a Specified Payment Type

If you already set the product's payment specifications type, you can try to make transactions and see how the payment specifications work on each type. You can also see the difference by following the scenario by using each of the payment specification types on the product during the transaction below:

Scenario 1. Using Payment Type Cash and Point

If you set up the product's payment specification type with cash and point, the product will be able to be paid using both cash and points during transactions.

Scenario 2. Using Payment Type Cash

If you set up the product's payment specification type with only cash, the product will be able to be paid using only cash during transactions even if your customer is having Loyalty Point.

Scenario 3. Using Payment Type Point

If you set up the product's payment specification type with only points, the product will be able to be paid using only points during transactions. If you try to use cash as a payment type, there will be a notification that you can only use points as a payment type, and your transaction will be unfinished.
