The serial number is the identification number that is assigned to specific products. This serial number is usually given to electronic products such as handphones, cameras, etc.
Our DealPOS system is able to create products with every stock of each item having its own unique serial number. It will be useful when you want to make warranty claims by checking the serial number. With the Serialized Type of Products, you can create an Electronic Product with a unique serial number on each stock (eg. Phones, Cameras, Speakers, etc).
I. Create Serialized Product
Step 1. Go to Products then click Add
Step 2. Fill out the form, select Serialized Type, then click Submit
II. Input Serialized Product Inventory Manually
Currently, there are 2 options to input serialized product stock, which are using the Buy or Adjustment menu.
Buy is more suitable if you are updating stock based on purchase transactions, while Adjustment is more suitable for adjusting the initial Inventory stock and stock taking.

III. Check and Update the Serial Number
Step 1. Go to Product then select tab Variant
Step 2. Search Serialized Product/Variant then click for the detail
Step 3. Select Serials tab, change the Serial Number, and click Submit
