In order to export the product's data, we provide various types of export information for the product data, you can choose which type of information you want to see. The information below will explain the types of information you will get from each export type.
Notes :
Before using the export feature, previously you had to Grant Export Access to your account.
Step 1. Go to Products then select Export button
Step 2. Click Export product Columns
Step 3. Choose Products detail to Export then click Ok
Now you can choose the Export Option and export product data as needed :
Description Index :
Type of Export | Description |
Export With Outlet Price | it will give you information about each outlet's product cost and price if you have multiple costs or prices on different outlets. |
Export With Pricebook | t will give you the information about the price book price that you've set for each product. |
Export with Components | if you're using a Composite and Manufactured type of product, you can see each component in the composite or manufactured product. |
Export with Multi Unit | it will give you information about the Reference and Ratio of the product if you're using Multi and Base types of products. |
Export with Serial | it will give you information about the Standard, Serialized and Batch Number type of products with complete information on the cost and price. |
Export with Serial / Row | it will give you information about the only Serialized and Batch Number types of products without cost and price. |
Export with Tags | it will give you the information about all of your products with the tags if you fill the tags field in the product's properties. |
Export with Commission | it will give you the information about all of your products complete with the commission that you assign to a salesperson if your salesperson sold it. |
Export with Inventory | it will give you additional information about product inventory. |
Export with ROP & Max Inventory | it will give you the information about the ROP and Maximum inventory from your product if you already set the maximum and minimum inventory for each product |
Export With Prepaid | it will give you the information about data with the Prepaid Product Type. |
Export with Storage Location | it will give you information about product data with the Storage Location. |
Export With Digital Scale | Export product data with Digital Scale information included, allowing you to manage and review scale-related product details directly from the exported file. |
Export With Display Name | Export product data with the Display Name column included, allowing you to view the product name as displayed in DealPOS, including variant details such as size or color. |
