If you export our reports into .csv (Excel Files) using the Report menu in the DealPOS application or when you want to Import Products with CSV Files. Sometimes, after opening the .csv file that is exported from DealPOS, the file's appearance can be messy or irregular, making it extremely difficult to read or identify the data it contains. The most common problem related to this is due to Bad Format. We will explain how to fix the Bad Format display in .csv files, please read the explanation below :
Step 1. Open Control Panel, then Select Clock, Language & Region
Step 2. Click Region, Change Format to English (United States)
Step 3. Click Additional Settings, then Click Ok
Notes :
Please make sure the Decimal symbol is already selected with point ( . ) and the List Separation selected with a comma (, ). This will prevent your Excel from random format and additional triple zero (000).
