If you export our reports into .csv (Excel Files) using the Report menu in the DealPOS application or when you want to import product using .csv file. Sometimes, after open the .csv file that exported from DealPOS, the file's appearance can be messy or irregular, making it extremely difficult to read or identify the data it contains. The most common problem related to this is due to Bad Format. We will explain how to fix the Bad Format display in .csv files, please read the explanation below:
Step 1. Open Control Panel on your PC then Select Clock, Language, and Region
Step 2. Click Region - Format 'English United States - Apply

Step 3. Click Additional Settings.. - Then Click OK.

Note: Please make sure the Decimal symbol is already selected with point ( . ) and the List Separation selected with comma ( , ). This will prevent your excel from random format and additional triple zero (000).
