If we have saved customer data, it will make it easier for us when we want to make reports based on customer names or supplier names. Customer data is customer information that you collect as reference data for your loyal customers. So you can see sales reports based on your Top Customers.

On this page, you can also add Supplier data, which you can later use to determine the purchase of goods from your best suppliers.

I. Add Customer through Contacts Menu

Step 1. Go to Contacts, then Click Add (Customers Tab)

Step 2. Fill in Customer Detail, then Click Save

Fill the name and other properties on the form as follows then submit.

II. Add Customer through Sell Menu

Step 1. Go to Sell, then Select + Button

Step 2. Fill in Customer Detail, then Click Ok

Fill in the name and other property data on the form.

When the address has not been filled in, the detail field will turn red, and the address must be entered.

Notes:

For Supplier, you can quickly add supplier on the buy menu and fill in the same form.

Step 3. The Customer was Successfully Created

You can also click the arrow next to the assigned customer, and it will direct you to the customer's contact in the Contacts menu.
