In some types of businesses, products are sold in specific packaging units such as boxes, cartons, packs, or cases. To support this type of product management, DealPOS provides the Units Quantity feature, which helps users manage quantity conversions between product units more easily.
The Units Quantity feature allows you to define the number of items contained in a package, enabling the system to automatically calculate the quantity and price per unit.
Example Use Case
One common example is products sold in boxes.
For example:
1 Box = 50 pcs
Price per Box = Rp500,000
With the Units Quantity configuration, the system can automatically calculate:
Price per pcs = Rp10,000
This feature helps simplify sales transactions, purchasing processes, and inventory management for products that use unit conversions.
