Have you or your customer ever wondered: if I have made many transactions in this store and accumulated points, can I use those points to pay for my next transaction?
The short answer is yes, you can. In this article, we will show you how to set up loyalty points so they can be used as a payment method, combined with other types such as cash, debit, or credit, to pay for your transactions. Here is how:
I. Enable Mix Cash and Point Configuration
Step 1. Go to Settings, Select Applications, Select Loyalty
Turn on Enable Mix Cash and Point configuration.
II. Use Loyalty Point as Discount Amount
Step 1. Make Transaction with Point Payment
Enter the customer's name, click the loyalty points under the customer's name. Enter the number of points they want to use then click Redeem.
Step 2. Click Confirm
Note:
The amount shown, or the discount value, depends on your loyalty point redeem value settings. In the image below, 1 point equals 1,000.
Step 3. Pay The Transaction
Pay using selected payment method
