In the following article, we will explain the Kitchen Displacement System on DealPOS.

I. Setting Enable Order Display
Step 1. Go to Outlet, then Select Any Outlet
The first time you do is set up Enable KDS in your Outlet.
Step 2. Go to Advance Tab, Enable Order Display, then Click Save
II. Waiting - Process - Completed & Park Mode
Example: I have ordered with park mode.
Step 1. Go to Order Display
When you open the order display menu, it will automatically open a new tab menu in your browser. The order that I've made before will automatically show here.
Step 2. Recheck New Order in Monitor
When a new order is received, you automatically will hear a sound, in the monitor, you can check the order with the status Active & Waiting, the display view can choose to sort by category order, or outlet.
Step 3. Click Take to Make Order
Click "Take" if the order wants to be made and it automatically will be changed to "Preparing".
Step 4. Click Done When Order is Ready
Click "DONE" if the order is ready.
Step 5. Click Serve to Complete Order
And Click "SERVE" if the orders are already completed.
Step 6. Recheck the Order Status in the Order List
This list has been completed.
III. Waiting - Completed & All Mode (Direct Payment)
Step 1. Click Take to Complete Order
You can click "Take" to change the status order Completed without it needing to be changed to "Preparing".
Step 2. Recheck the Order Status in the Order List
After taking the order, it will automatically set the status to Done.
