One of the main requirements for synchronizing the products you have on DealPOS with the products you have at Tokopedia is that each product is required to have a product SKU and variant SKU. In the following article, we will explain the steps for changing or adding product SKUs and variant SKUs to products that you already have on your Tokopedia Seller account.

I. Change Manually One By One Product
Step 1. Login to Tokopedia Seller
Step 2. Select and Edit Product
Select the product you want to change then click edit.
Step 3. Update SKU
Change or Input SKU of Product or Variants.
Step 4. Click Save
Click the Save button to save changes or additions product data.
Step 5. Product was Updated Successfully
II. Bulk Change Product/Variant SKU
Step 1. Login to Tokopedia Seller
Step 2. Download Template
Check the SKU data checklist then click the download template.
Step 3. Open Downloaded File
Step 4. Edit Downloaded File, then Save File
Add or Change Products or Variant SKUs in the SKU Column and then Save.
Step 5. Upload Saved File
Select the file that has been saved then click the upload button.
Step 6. Bulk SKU was Updated Successfully
