In using the Tokopedia Marketplace, sometimes several users are already connected to other 3rd party applications (besides DealPOS). In Tokopedia's provisions, the use of 3rd party cannot be more than 1 application. Sometimes there are customer problems in removing the previous 3rd party that has been connected to their Tokopedia account. So if you are already connected to another 3rd party application and want to connect your Tokopedia account with DealPOS for Marketplace integration, you need to remove the 3rd party application first before connecting it to DealPOS.
Step 1. Go to Tokopedia Seller
Step 2. Go to Arrangement, then Open Third-Party Apps
Notes :
You can see 3rd party applications that are already connected to your Tokopedia account, then you can delete it.
Third party applications on Tokopedia Seller can be integrated for several POS systems and the access is divided into 29 access. But there are certain roles that can only be allocated to 1 POS system only.
Among some accesses that can only be set for 1 POS system are : adding products, changing product data (stock or price) and deleting products.
Step 3. Authorize Tokopedia Seller Account
When you have deleted the previously connected 3rd party application, you can immediately Authorize the Tokopedia Marketplace.
If you have followed the steps above, Congratulations! You have successfully switched partners to your Tokopedia account.
