When using DealPOS Omnichannel, you can monitor order statuses from all connected marketplaces directly from the Orders menu. This centralized view makes it easy to identify which orders are awaiting shipment, currently in transit, or have already been delivered.

By consolidating order information from multiple marketplaces into a single platform, DealPOS provides a clear overview of your fulfillment workflow. This eliminates the need to manage or process the same orders again in each marketplace's Seller Center, helping you streamline operations, stay organized, and improve fulfillment efficiency.


I. Verify Marketplace Orders

Once you have already sync all the product data and inventory. You can verify your marketplace orders.

Step 1. New Orders from Marketplace

To view all new orders from marketplace you can navigate to the To Ship tab. Here all paid orders will be displayed.

Step 2. Set Fulfillment

To set order pick up or drop off click the Set Fulfillment button

You can choose the delivery order status and the shipping status of the order will be updated to the marketplace.

Step 3. Order Fulfilled Successfully

Once you have been already set pick up or drop off for the order. You will see success pop up appear as the screenshot below

Then the invoice will be moved to the Awaiting Collection tab

Step 4. Download Shipping Label

To prepare and pack the order you can download the shipping label first by clicking the download icon as the screenshot below

Set Fulfillment

Step 5. Order has been Shipped

Once the shipping label has been scanned by the courier. The invoice will be moved to the Shipped tab, this means the order is in the shipping process to the customer.

Step 6. Order is Complete

Once the customer receives and confirms the order, the invoice will be moved to the Completed tab. In this tab you can also view all completed orders from marketplace.

II. Order Statuses in DealPOS Omnichannel Apps

Showing the marketplace orders that have been cancelled by customer/seller

Download orders feature to manually ensure all marketplace orders have been snyched to DealPOS

Log
