To integrate DealPOS with Jurnal ID, it is necessary to create a customer contact that accommodates sales transactions at DealPOS without the customer's name. Because in Jurnal.ID every transaction is required to have a customer name. Therefore we need to do configuration settings to accommodate transactions from DealPOS that do not have a customer name so that they can still be recorded in Jurnal ID automatically. Usually, we are creating an unknown customer as an alias customer for example "WalkIn". For the steps, you can follow the tutorial below :
Step 1. Click Config, then Edit
Step 2. Type WalkIn (Optional) on Unknown Customer Name field
Click (+) if you have already typed a name for Unknown Customer.
After clicking (+), there will be a notification on the right bottom corner of the page like this :
Now you can click Save.
Step 3. Contact Created at Jurnal ID
Congratulations, now transactions from DealPOS that do not have a customer name description will be successfully synchronized automatically.
