DealPOS provides a numeric keypad feature that can be displayed when selling. This feature will be very useful for users who access the web version of the DealPOS app via a device that has a touch screen, such as a tablet, or other monitor that can touch screen. it can assist in typing numbers during transactions.
This article will explain how to activate and use the numeric keypad display feature in the sell menu.
I. Activate Numeric Keypad in Sell
Step 1. Go to Setup, then Click More Menu
Step 2. Select Module (Configuration)
Step 3. Go to Sell Tab, then Scroll Down to UI Tools Section
Scroll down to the UI tools section.
Step 4. Set Numeric Keypad Visible to Yes, then Click Save
II. Check Changes in Sell
Step 1. Go to Sell, Make Sales Transaction, then Click Pay
Click the pay button to display the numeric keypad
Step 2. Numeric Keypad is Displayed
Notes :
When the user opens the sell menu and accesses the payment form, they can use the numeric pad on the right.
