Some people prefer to work in Offline Mode when selling, while others prefer to work in Online Mode.
If you prefer using Online Mode and want to prevent transactions from being made in Offline Mode, you can disable the configuration/setting that allows the offline transaction. For the detailed explanation, please refer to the information below.
Step 1. Go to Settings then Search for Offline Transaction Configuration
Step 2. Disable the Offline Transaction toggle button then Save
Step 3. Perform an offline transaction test
When you try to create an offline transaction in the Sell menu, a restriction message will appear indicating that offline transactions are not allowed.
